Do you think the lock assembly is the problem on these two doors as well. Nothing i can think of will get it open. How to get into a cadillac cts when the door won t open. My driver s door will not open.

The 2013 cadillac cts has 2 problems reported for door won t unlock or lock with key fob. I have two doors on my 2007 cts that wont lock or unlock with the key fob. Driver side door especially and will not lock or unlock with key. Is this your first time dealing with this issue.
